How to Redeem Idle Heroes Codes and Collect Gifts
Idle Heroes gift codes are entered through the game’s Cool Events menu. Copy the code from its reward page, select Exchange Gifts and submit it on the account that should receive the items.

Open an Idle Heroes reward here and copy its gift code.

In Idle Heroes, open Cool Events, then Exchange Gifts. Paste the code and choose Exchange.

Read the confirmation, then open your in-game mailbox and collect the gift.

Finish the opening tutorial if the events menu is not available. Open Cool Events, select the Cool Events tab if needed, then Exchange Gifts. Paste the code and tap Exchange. Successful gifts are delivered through the in-game mailbox, where you still need to collect them.

Some gifts depend on account eligibility or campaign progress. Read the message shown by Exchange Gifts before retrying. Also check the exact code, whether you have claimed it already and whether the promotion has ended.
