If a Zenless Zone Zero code does not work

If Redemption Code does not appear in the game menu, complete the Prologue mission first. If a submitted code fails, check its expiry and whether it has already been used on your account.

The publisher's redemption result is final. GachaLoot never asks for your account password or redeems codes for you.
